Shipping Policy

All orders will be sent via USPS or UPS ground shipping and most will arrive within 7-10 business days. Express shipping is currently unavailable. International shipping is unavailable. Allow an additional one to two days for engraved orders to ship. For your convenience, domestic ground shipping is free.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Items (Coasters) are not eligible for return. Should your product arrive damaged, you may contact info@continuedclosings.com for a replacement. Non-custom Items are eligible for a return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
