Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our custom made products, we cannot accept returns. In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during transit, we will send out a replacement item of the same type and style.

We can currently ship anywhere in the United States. All custom orders will ship within 5-7 business days and can be sent directly to your client or to the agent. If there is a delay in shipping for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. All items ship with USPS using priority mail service for the marble and porcelain sets, and first class postage for the masonite sets. If you need expedited service, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
